Hey, thanks a million!!! I had the WakeOnLAN I installed years ago that stopped working because the icon would not work. I vaguely remember installing perl for this years ago. So I downloaded your perl cgi fix, uploaded it to my Synology NAS, and ran this command as root (to become root I logged in as me and did sudo su
    to become root
    ash-4.3# synopkg install perl*.spk
    The output was
    perl_cgifix_0.1-001.spk install successfully
I used this link to get the command line

So now my WakeOnLAN application works again,
    Thanks again!!!!

Nevermind, it's working. The cgi page was loading correctly but the URL was wrong.
I made the change suggested in this thread: https://forum.synology.com/enu/viewtopic.php?t=72669
    and it worked.
    Thanks for your reply.

    Hi Lucas,
I'm not using umurmur.cgi, but at least i can tell the package works fine with the versions of DSM and Pearl you have. have you tried other perl script to rule out server configuration issues ?

Not working for me, I'm on DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 1 and Perl 5.24.0-0070. I installed the package and even restarted but the umurmur.cgi page is still not found. Any suggestions?

Is there a version for older DSM 5?

Great thanks. It works perfectly. I had a Perl/CGI script (filechucker) broken by synology update, tried everything during months, to no avail.
you nailed the issue and it got solved immediatly. is there anyway to donate ?
